ASTROV provides free and paid readings, reports and digital content. All prices appear on the Site in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment methods and checkout are provided by our payment partners — we do not store full payment card data on our servers.
Refund, cancellation and rescheduling policies are described on the Site and in purchase receipts. For paid services priced under ₹100 many items are digital and delivered instantly — refunds for digital products may be limited. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact support (see Contact section). We reserve the right to refuse refunds where misuse or abuse is suspected.
"User Content" means any text, images, audio or other material you submit to the Site (comments, reviews, uploaded files, messages). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant ASTROV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of operating the Site and Services.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove or refuse content at our discretion.
The Site design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video and software are the property of ASTROV or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission except as permitted under these Terms.
THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ASTROV MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES ARE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SITUATION.
Readings and ritual suggestions are for entertainment and general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other advice. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTROV AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ASTROV FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (IF ANY).
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold ASTROV and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access (temporarily or permanently), with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.
The Site may link to third-party sites, tools, or services. We do not control third-party content, products, or policies and are not responsible for them. Links do not imply endorsement. Use third-party services at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to choice-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to mediation; if not resolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chhatisgarh or Madhya Pradesh.
